LashLife Policies, Returns & Exchanges


Get this - if you find it cheaper, we also price match. We'll match the price ($CDN) shown on any Canadian based Lash supplier website for the identical in-stock product (same brand, size, color, quantity) within 14-days of purchase. Of course, we reserve the right to make the rules below easier on you if we chose.
The typically annoying PRICE MATCH* Rules.
• Excludes prices listed on marketplaces such as Amazon, EBay, Alibaba, and Aliexpress or sites that require a membership or subscription fee.
• Product must be in stock and be able to be received by customer within a minimum of 10 business days.
• A price match will only be honored for up to three (3) units of the same item
• Price Match policy excludes …….????
• You cannot combine a price match with other promotions, like a free gift or coupon code.
• A price match will only be honored up to 40% off Lashlife original retail price of the item.

LashLife works hard to make doing business with us as smooth and easy as possible. We’ll make every reasonable effort (and maybe even some unreasonable efforts) to make sure you keep coming back. If you are not completely satisfied with your products within 30 days of your purchase date, you can return up to $150.00 of your order for a store credit. We will even pay for the shipping.

KEEP THE BOX! The box we shipped to you and the packing stuff inside will be just perfect for you to ship your stuff back. AND, it’s good for the environment. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and ensure the contents of all returned items are safe and sound.

Here’s how it works:

1) Email us at or calling 1-833-536-5200 to let us know about your product issue
2) Once approved for return, we will email you a “Return Information Package which will include; a return authorization number (RA#), instructions on how to get your items back to us, and a prepaid courier return shipping label. You will need to print out the label to affix to the return box
3) Pack the products you are returning in the box you initially received your product in and affix the return shipping label you received to the outside of the box.
4) Follow return contact instructions in your email.
5) You will receive a credit on your account once we have received the product you are returning.

*LashLife reserves the right at its sole discretion to deny returns for customers it deems to have abused our Price Match and/or Return policies. Further, LashLife is the sole determiner of what constitutes abuse.
