At this time, we only ship to Canada. 


1. Free Shipping on all orders over $150.00. Flat rate shipping fee of $15 will be applied to all orders under $150.00
2. Orders placed by 12pm MST will be processed and shipped on the same day.
3. Orders placed after 12pm MST will be processed and shipped the next day
4. Orders will be received within 2-3 days of the day they are processed and shipped. Some more remote areas may take an additional 2-5 days to arrive. 
5. At the sole discretion of LashLife, shipping surcharges may be applied to more remote shipping addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

LashLife is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. It is important that you fully inspect you package as soon as it is delivered. If you believe that an item in your order was damaged during transit, you must notify us immediately. Email us at customerservice@lashlife.com or call 1-833-536-5200 within 24 hours of receiving your package as we may have to contact the carrier of your delivery for inspection and reimbursement. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. 

LATE DELIVERY:
If your order has not been received within 10 days of being ordered please notify us right away. LashLife will not be responsible for packages/shipping after 10 days unless we have been notified.
